AI & Automated Processing Disclosure

1. What our AI does

Rendezvo uses a third-party large-language-model provider to generate the text of a guest's night-out plan, drawing on the guest's stated preferences (mood, party size, budget, timing, cuisine) and Rendezvo's own venue knowledge base for the destination. This is content generation and decision support: the AI writes and sequences the plan text. It does not book venues, charge a payment method, or take any other irreversible action on its own.

2. Human oversight

Rendezvo does not make solely automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects on any individual (no automated pricing, denial of service, or eligibility decisions about a guest). The hotel controls how the service represents itself to its guests, and a guest can always ask the City Insider for a different plan or stop messaging at any time.

3. How data is handled in AI processing

• Guest data is processed only on the hotel's instructions, as described in our Privacy Policy.
• We do not use guest data, or hotel data, to train AI models without the hotel's written consent.
• Our third-party LLM provider is bound by terms that prohibit training on the data we send it, and require non-retention consistent with our commitments.
• Data is encrypted in transit and at rest; access is role-restricted and logged.

4. Accuracy and limitations

AI-generated plan text can make mistakes: a venue's hours, prices, or availability may have changed, or a suggestion may not fit the guest's needs as well as intended. Plans are generated from Rendezvo's venue knowledge base and the guest's stated preferences, and should be treated as a well-informed suggestion, not a confirmed booking. We monitor plan quality and correct systematic errors, but we do not warrant that plan text is error-free.
